The Batcave Podcast, Episode 3!

Holy Earworm, Batman! I can’t get our theme song out of my head! It can only mean one thing: There must be an all-new, freshly squeezed episode of The BatCave Podcast!

Host John S. Drew brings us a review and discussion of the third two-part story from the first season of the classic 1960s Batman series starring Adam West and Burt Ward. For this latest installment of the podcast, he’s joined by Geek Radio Daily‘s own Billy Flynn, who also is another regular “third chair” guest host with John and Paul K. Bisson over on Cyborgs: A Bionic Podcast. This time, Batman and Robin face off against their arch-nemesis, the Joker, from the episodes “The Joker is Wild” and “Batman is Riled.”

From John’s write-up:

“The Joker “springs” himself from jail in time to exact revenge on the curators of a museum exhibit on comedy legends. He’s upset that he wasn’t included in the exhibit. But Batman’s on the scene to stop him with the aid of his trusty utility belt. The Joker swears never to fall for the gimmicks of the belt by fighting fire with fire and creating his own. The belt proves to be a match for the Dynamic Duo and the city of Gotham begins to lose faith in them as they fall for the pranks from the Joker’s utility belt.”

Yep. Stuff just got real.

So tune in to the same Bat Channel to see what John and Billy thought of these episodes: The BatCave Podcast: The Joker is Wild/Batman is Riled
